Merchant House Residential Home
​Merchant House is a small, family-run care home situated at 45 Alma Road in the Pennycomequick area of Plymouth, Devon. The building, once owned by a merchant trading goods from boats arriving in Plymouth, has been adapted to provide residential care for up to 19 residents. It offers personal care services, including support for individuals living with dementia, mental health conditions, and substance misuse problems .​
Operated by Darbyshire Care Limited, Merchant House is set over two floors and features a stair lift for accessibility. Facilities include a dining room, large lounge, gardens, and an external smoking area.​
